1. Who we are
EndoPantry ("we", "us", "our") is a digital wellness membership operated by Kalisha Price. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these Terms.
2. What you're buying
EndoPantry is a one-time purchase of lifetime access to the Endo Relief System — including recipes, meal plans, the cycle & nutrition tracker, the private community, courses, and any future updates we release inside the member portal. It is not a subscription; you are not billed on a recurring basis.
3. Not medical advice
EndoPantry provides educational and lifestyle content. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, or supplement routine — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
4. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Sharing your account, reselling access, or scraping the platform is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
5. Community rules
The community is a safe, faith-friendly space for women navigating endometriosis. Harassment, hate speech, medical misinformation, spam, and unsolicited promotion are not allowed. We may remove content and revoke access at our discretion.
6. Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Because EndoPantry grants immediate digital access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the free previews and product description before purchasing.
7. Intellectual property
All content — recipes, courses, articles, videos, downloads, and design — is owned by EndoPantry or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. Lifetime access ends only in cases of confirmed abuse, chargeback fraud, or if EndoPantry itself is discontinued.
9. Disclaimers & liability
EndoPantry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
